Arrive in Athens, pick up rental car, and begin Peloponnese self-drive trip to Tolo (~2 hrs 15 mins). Optional extra time in Athens can be arranged before/after tour to explore the city. Check into well-located hotel in Tolo.
Overnight in Tolo.
Breakfast at hotel. Self-drive to Nafplio (~20 mins each way). Explore Venetian Old Town, waterfront, and Syntagma Square. Optional Palamidi Castle or Bourtzi Fortress visit; optional local taverna lunch. Return to Tolo to relax on beach or stroll village.
Overnight in Tolo.
Breakfast at hotel. Drive Tolo to Mycenae (40 mins): see Lion Gate, Cyclopean walls, Treasury of Atreus, Aegisthus/Clytemnestra tombs. Drive to Epidaurus (45 mins): Asklepios Sanctuary & Ancient Theater. Optional site/countryside hike. Return to Tolo (45 mins) for seaside dinner/walk.
